  1. For a complete showcase website, allow 3 to 5 weeks: scoping, design, development, testing. For an e-commerce site the timeline is longer, to integrate the product catalogue, payment methods and logistics. For a custom platform (client area, dashboard, application) it is longer too, the scope being defined with you case by case.

  2. Website: 50% on order, 50% on delivery. Community management: monthly billing after the first month. Everything is detailed in the official quote, with no hidden fees.

  3. You do. Once the balance is paid, all commercial usage rights for the photos, videos, designs and code are transferred to you. We simply keep the right to feature the project in our portfolio.

  4. We offer a monthly subscription for site management, blog article creation, SEO upkeep and regular improvements. Scope and frequency are calibrated to your needs, with no long-term commitment.

  5. Yes. If you provide the photos and videos, and we do not need to travel, the whole project can be run remotely. If distance or scheduling is a constraint on your side, exchanges happen by video call or phone.

  6. From the small independent shop to the 5-star hotel, including wine estates and public institutions. The deciding factor is the seriousness of the project and the will to grow.
